Ryleigh was on the field after her long softball practice. She always would sit out there and think of things that she could do better to make things better for her and the team. But as of recently she had one thing on her mind and that one thing was Dean Ambrose who happened to be her brothers friend. She just didn't understand why he was on her mind so much but as she was in her train of thought she hadn't heard anyone walk up behind her and it just happened to be Dean.

Dean wasn't supposed to be at football practice that day. He was supposed to have detention for skipping his history class.He hated history. He didn't give a damn what that stupid teacher said, he wasn't missing practice.

Ry got up and turned around bumping right into Dean. She fell back hitting the ground and was about to start yelling when she saw Dean "Hey troublemaker. I thought you had detention for skipping."

Dean extended a hand to help his friend's little sister to her feet. "I did, but I skipped that, too," he said with a chuckle. "How's practice?"

Ry shook her head." Same old thing like always." She replied." So are you going to practice because if so I think you just missed the team leaving."

"I know," Dean nodded. "I was just talking to Dave about meeting up later."

She nodded picking up her gym bag and putting it on her shoulder. "Well at least you have a social life. I have to deal with a very protective brother."

"He's protective 'cause he cares, Ry," sais Dean. "He's been through shit, he doesn't want you to go through the same shit."

"Yes I know that Ambrose, but him telling me who I can and can't date is just getting completely out of hand. I think I can make the right decision when it comes to my own love life." She said "But speaking of my brother why haven't you been around the house to see him lately?"

I'm on academic probation because of that stupid history teacher," replied Dean, his shoulders hunched. "I can't leave campus without an escort, and if I don't pass that class, I won't graduate. I'll have to stay here a whole 'nother year just for that one class."

Ry laughed before asking "what class are you having trouble in?"

"Criminal Law," answered Dean. "There's a freakin' sophomore in there with me who's like, acing it, but I'm damn near flunking out."

Ry shook het head "Well if you want I could help you with your class." She said

"You know criminal law?" the older student asked.

"Why yew I do. In fact I'm passing my criminal law class with a B" she said smiling

"Damn, beauty and brains, who knew," Dean grinned.

She blushed." Well no one because remember I have the over protective brother." She replied. "So do you want my help?"

"That'd be awesome, honestly," Dean nodded.

She nodded looking at her schedule "okay I have cheerleading practice in an hour then I should he done. Who is your teacher and I will go talk to him or her about me helping you get your grade up."

DEan pulled a pen from his pocket, and scribbled down the teachers name, and room number on a scrap piece of paper, and handed it to her.

She took the piece of paper "okay. Be waiting for my text so you can meet me in my dorm room so we can get starter working."

He nodded. "I'll be waiting!"

She nodded kissing his cheek before heading off to cheerleading.

*later that night*
Ry had finally gotten back to her room and sent Dean a text message
*hey troublemaker I'm in my room and your all cleared to come study.*

She smiled seeing his text.
